Hi all - just posting an announcement that I've posted a new interactive fiction game called "Unitary Exodus" to the portal.

You play as the AI on a ship that has experienced a system wide crash. Figure out what happened on the ship and complete your mission!

You can play it here: https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/771078

Hi everyone -

My new game "No More Gods" has been posted to the games portal - You might enjoy it if you like weird, out there, narrative games.

As always - love to receive any feedback or thoughts (good and bad).

Some imagery from the game:

So after a few months of working on some (still unfinished) text adventure style games, I decided to shake things up and build a short game in GB Studio!

The result is my new adventure game, Undead Quest. You are a newly awakened zombie, tasked with finding your soul. You must explore a monster filled castle and help some unlikely allies along the way.

You can play it here.

I'm looking forward to experimenting more with GBStudio to see what else is possible with it.

So I tried something a little different with my most recent game - still using Twine as a framework, but trying to make it feel different than a straight up text adventure style game.

I think based on the review scores so far it didn't quite hit the mark - which is completely fine, I'm still experimenting with different ideas and trying things out. I've seen some people get really disheartened with low scores, particularly if they've put a bit of time into the project but it's important to remember that anything you put out there is a chance to learn!

If you get a chance to play it, I would love some feedback. Ireland is on lockdown so it's not the easiest time to bounce ideas of friends at the moment. Even if you really didn't like it, I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Was really happy to see that my game made it onto the homepage today! (in the daily picks section)

I have a lot of work stuff going on right now, so I don't get to publish small games as much as I would like. That said, its really great to see that what I do publish get lots of exposure and feedback!

If you're stuck inside at the moment, why not try out making simple Twine games? It's an easy learning curve, and if you have any questions on getting set up I'd be happy to try and help! (I'm still learning myself)

If thats not your thing, maybe try out the game and let me know what you think: https://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/750848

I submitted two games on itch.io for the SubQ jam contest. The limitation for the contest was a short word limit, and the theme was "environment".

Both are on the topic of climate change and are fairly experimental compared to what I usually post. You can check them out below:

https://rainyg.itch.io/city-with-no-people (Experimental game featuring photography)

https://rainyg.itch.io/waiting-or-hiding (Interactive poetry piece)

If the above sounds interesting check out the games and the rest of the jam! (https://itch.io/jam/subqjam-2019/entries)

Woud love to hear peoples thoughts on these small experimental games.

I've just published my second interactive fiction story to Newgrounds!

If you're interested in horror themes or interactive fiction / choose your own adventure stories you should check it out!

I have tried to address all the feedback from my first game, but would love to get more on the new project.

Check it out here:
